Job Description
- Design, develop and support various daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and Annual reports
- Create Functional & Departmental Dashboards (Operations)
- Good Hands-On Experience on MS Suite including Excel and PPTs (additional knowledge of Power BI / Tableau / Visio desirable)
- Extraction raw data from various Internal & External Portals and Internal Teams, data crunching and converting it into useful information / inputs for decision making
- Generate and distribute management reports in an accurate and timely manner
- Develop MIS documentation to allow smooth operation and easy system maintenance
- Provide recommendations and Market Analysis for Management Decision Making
- Performing data analysis for generating reports periodically
- Developing MIS system for customer management and internal communication
- Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to the management team
- Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed
- Good understanding of RCM, Medical Coding and Billing departments
