Job Description

We are looking for a Sr. Trainer to design and deliver training programs for our cross-functional teams. The Trainer's responsibilities include preparing learning material, planning and conducting training sessions and evaluating assignments associated with the training. For this role, you will work closely with all departments to identify challenges they face on the job and recommend ways to increase productivity. Ultimately, you will help increase the overall performance of the employees and ensure they have the skills to achieve their goals. Responsibilities: Develop training content on topics for different roles within the organization based on the managements requirements and update the same as and when required. Maintain and update trackers associated with training. Ability to design effective training programs. Ability to measure performance. Documentation of feedback from trainees and managers about training courses. Knowledge and ability to use different. training methodologies aligned with the profile. Extensive knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniques. Requirements and skills Proven work experience as an Architect/Interior designer or similar role with practical experience in sales. Creative thinker and storyteller. Ability to work independently or with minimal guidance. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Photoshop, Autocad and SketchUp. Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person training and evaluations. Excellent organizational skills. Solid communication and presentation abilities.
