Job Description

Position: Lead Content Marketing (Individual Contributor) Experience: 7-12 years Location: Noida A strong content strategist and creator with business acumen and experience in IT services industry, this person works closely with Demand Generation, Presales and Sales to plan and develop the development marketing campaigns assets, lead magnets, collaterals and branding properties. The person should be responsible for developing polished and business showcase collaterals for various business units including brochures, capability presentations, lead engagement presentations, case studies, business use cases, podcasts and webinar/video scripts. Responsibilities: Conducts in-depth research of customers, prospective buyers personas and competitors to develop content strategy and roadmap for brand salience and demand generation Manage team of senior content writers and their KPIs Manage and Track content marketing KPIs Strategize messaging and assets for marketing campaigns. across Damcos lines of business Develop Content strategy and planning and take the lead in building collaterals to unify, coordinate, and advance Damcos strategy across all marketing and sales initiatives Acts as the marketing liaison for various internal departments Presales, Delivery working closely with them to proactively develop showcase collaterals for brand, prospects, and customers. Guide development of content for brochures, capability presentations, lead engagement presentations, case studies, business use cases, reports and webinar/video scripts supporting marketing/sales goals, objectives and tactics as needed. Interview business SMEs and customers and conduct own research to develop offering value proposition developing strong impression of the business. Periodically research and review the business communication and collaterals of competitors/contemporary technology companies and create strong differentiation in Damcos business collaterals. All About You: Bachelors or Masters degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Business Management or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in copywriting and content development in a B2B/IT/Technology environment Proven experience in deploying business-focused literature, from idea to execution Demonstrable writing and copy-editing skills for various formats relevant to the B2B environment Expertise in researching from high-quality and authentic sources Familiarity with established and emerging technologies
