Job Description

: We are seeking dynamic and passionate salespersons with min 3-5yrs experience in hotel sales for our upscale boutique Svenska Design Hotel in Electronic City, Bangalore Candidates should bring a strong Rolodex of corporate clients, with a flair. for customer relationship management and the ability to close deals and drive revenues, both from online and offline channels. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for Svenska Design Hotel, E-City, Bangalore - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, group bookings, and partnerships - Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other key stakeholders - Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify potential sales opportunities - Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and sales materials - Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions - Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, performance, and market trends to the senior management team - Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads Requirements: - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hotel sales - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth - Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients - In-depth knowledge of online and offline sales channels, including corporate sales strategies - Existing relationships in Electronic City and neighbouring industrial areas, with proficiency in Kannada desirable - Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines Joining Svenska Design Hotels means being part of one of Indias fastest-growing and most innovative organizations that values excellence and creativity.
