Plan, coordinate, and understand business start-ups in multiple locations
Site surveying for new set-up infrastructure for the Project, Planning, Design & to develop all the
requirements in the infrastructure
Setting up of office from identifying new premises till occupying it & to put into use for business /
production
Post closure of the Project risk identified on the infra to ensure risk free working environment,
infrastructure management across the given assignments
Interacting with Architects clients, Project Management, Project Coordination, and Interiors,
Quality Control check, Cost Control, Time management, Liasoning, Construction Management,
Site Operations, and logistics
Accountable for complete Facility Environment, Health, Safety & maintenance of utilities
preventive maintenance, anticipation of eventualities; office infrastructure, HVAC installations &
maintenance.
Secondary Roles Responsibilities
Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for various
types of business in the organization
Ensuring statutory compliance at all levels involving liaison with external agencies, Govt.
authorities & offices, etc.
Sourcing vendors for repairs & maintenance of office building, infrastructure, office equipment,
machinery, and other assets
Primary Skill
Advanced spoken and written communication skills in English
Should be prepared to submit business / technical writing sample during interview process
Ability to work in a team and coordinate with multiple other teams
