Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Agent located in Noida, with the option to work from home. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their insurance needs, and proposing customized insurance policies that fit their specific requirements. The Insurance Agent will work closely with cross-functional teams, including underwriters and claims adjusters, to ensure that clients receive exceptional service and prompt resolution of their claims. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients Proficiency in using insurance software and data analysis tools Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams Experience in. selling personal and commercial property and casualty insurance products, including auto, home, and liability insurance Licensed insurance agent with a thorough knowledge of current insurance industry regulations, laws, and trends Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and exceed sales targets Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Insurance, Sales, or a related field One to two years previous insurance industry experience is a plus
