Installation of Microsoft Operating systems e.g. Window 7/8/10. Configuration of Outlook. Microsoft Office products Word, Excel, Access, Internet Explorer. Installation & Trobleshooting of Desktops,Laptops & Printers. Hardware components Knowledge in Remote Support. Installation of Device Drivers & AMP. He should have knowledge of Computer, Printer and Networking Product. He has to attend break down call. Service call related to computer Key Skills.
