Role: Senior Executive/Executive - Performance Marketing (Designation will depend upon the work experience and evaluation during the interview process) Experience: 6 months - 3 years of experience in running ads, with a focus on e-commerce, preferably within the D2C industry. Engagement: Full-Time (Also open for Part-Time/Contractual if we really like the candidate) Location: Preferably Hybrid [Mumbai]. However, open for remotely available talent as well. What youll do: Develop and lead robust performance marketing strategies for D2C and other clients across platforms like Meta, Google, Snapchat, and Tiktok. Manage a minimum monthly budget of $20k USD or Rs. 15 lakhs INR across multiple platforms. Oversee end-to-end client management, from communication to report presentation and action plan formulation. Maintain open channels of communication with clients, ensuring satisfaction and promptly addressing concerns. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and explore new advertising opportunities. Collaborate with internal/clients creative teams to craft compelling ads. Review and provide constructive feedback to enhance marketing and creative strategies. Assist the team with client account audits, pitch deck creation, and media planning. What youll need: 6 months to 3 years of experience in running ads, preferably in the e-commerce niche. Demonstrated expertise in the D2C industry, particularly with Meta and Google Ads. Proven track record of managing ad spends exceeding $20K USD per month. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
