Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Financials Consultant with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Chennai.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion Financials modules and possess hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting financial applications. The candidate should have a deep understanding of financial business processes and be able to effectively translate business requirements into technical solutions using Oracle Fusion Financials. Responsibilities: Collaborate with. business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to financial processes. Design, configure, and implement Oracle Fusion Financials modules to meet business requirements, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets. Customize Oracle Fusion Financials applications as needed to address specific business needs. Conduct functional and technical testing of Oracle Fusion Financials applications to ensure quality and reliability. Provide end-user training and support during Oracle Fusion Financials implementation and post-go-live phases. Assist in data migration activities, including data mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading into Oracle Fusion Financials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, technical architects, and project managers, to ensure successful delivery of Oracle Fusion Financials solutions. Stay current with Oracle Fusion Financials product updates and new features to provide recommendations for system enhancements and optimizations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Fusion Financials applications in a timely manner. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial processes supported by Oracle Fusion Financials. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field. 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials implementation and support. Strong understanding of financial business processes and accounting principles. Proficiency in configuring and customizing Oracle Fusion Financials applications. Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud or on-premises deployment models. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Oracle Fusion Financials certification is a plus.
