Job Description

Min. 6 months of Experience required in Telesales/Telemarketing/client acquisition/onboarding/tie-ups/Lead generation

Education: Undergraduate and graduate both can apply. No freshers.

Purpose of the Role
Selling Our company's courses to new clients

Drive sales and increase the number of client acquisitions thereby generating revenue for our organization

Prospecting: Identifying potential customers through research, cold calling, or following up on leads provided by marketing or other sources.

Contacting Prospects: Making outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products or services, discuss their needs, and present solutions.

Building Relationships: Developing rapport with prospects, understanding their requirements, and maintaining regular communication to nurture the relationship.

Product Knowledge: Having a deep understanding of the services offered by the company in order to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to prospects.

Sales Presentations: Conduct sales presentations over the phone to showcase products or services, address objections, and persuade prospects to make a purchase.

Closing Sales: Using persuasive selling techniques to close deals and achieve sales targets.

Handling Objections: Addressing concerns and objections raised by prospects and providing appropriate solutions or information to alleviate their doubts.

Follow-Up: follow up with prospects who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase, as well as with existing customers to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.

Meeting targets: meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas set by the company.

 


Candidates will be on the rolls of the company.
