Roles and Responsibilities

Manage medical billing processes for US healthcare clients.
Handle patient accounts receivable (AR) calls to resolve outstanding balances.
Meet productivity targets set by the organization.
Process claims, appeals, and denials in accordance with client requirements.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with patients and insurance companies.
