Executive 2 - Customer Experience 

 

Roles and Responsibilities:


Calls, Emails and Chats are the major part of the Customer Experience team at Navi. This role will require
you to:

 

  • Managing calls/chats/emails with customers about home loans.
  • Give customers accurate info about our products, services, and company policies to assist effectively.
  • Maintain the privacy of customer records and other financial details.
  • Assist customers in multiple languages, ensuring they receive the same level of service regardless                                                 of the language they communicate in.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during customer interactions.
  • Escalating to relevant team(s) internally and/or externally
  • Provide resolutions to common issues or escalate complex cases to higher-level support or                                              management as needed.

What are some of the good to have skills for this role

 

  • 1+ years customer support experience, based environment, is preferred.
  • Proficiency in reading and writing English is a must. Should be able to speak English and Hindi                                                fluently. (Other regional languages known will be an added advantage)
  • Exceptional grammar, communication skills & typing including speed and accuracy.
  • Experience in Loans and banking process is preferred.
  • Experience using Chat CRM tools like Freshdesk / Zendesk / One-Direct
  • Ability to adapt to changing schedules and work in rotational shifts.
