Job Description Position: Team Leader Ops
Business Vertical: BPS Technology
Location: Pune
Experience:6-8 yearsSkills and Qualification:
- Minimum qualification - Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong Preference to Bachelors/ Masters/ certificate courses in Geospatial Technology
- 7 to 8 years of work experience in Digital Mapping / Location Based Services
- Understand & Interpret features on satellite and aerial imageries with good acumen.
- Act as a digital mapping domain expert. Understand and implement project policies / workflows, resolve doubts and queries of Operators and QCers
- Proactive communication with Client Subject Matter Experts pertaining to project specifications / workflows / QA / QC methodology and deliveries
- Day to Day process, workflow, and people management
- Provide technical and process inputs as and when required to internal stake holders. (Written and Verbal)
- As per the requirement
- Pitch in as a project specific trainer
- Perform Meta QC on Map layers (Vector and Raster)Roles and Responsibilities:
