Job Description
Role & responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Developer with a specialized background in US healthcare technology, FHIR HL7, and EHR integration to join our team.
As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for designing, and implementing integrations between Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. If you are passionate about healthcare technology, possess expertise in building HL7 integrations and have a track record of successful EHR integration projects, you are encouraged to apply.
- Lead the development and architecture of robust integrations between EHR systems, leveraging your expertise in FHIR HL7 and health data exchange.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements, and analyze data exchange needs.
- Design, implement, and test FHIR HL7-based integrations to facilitate efficient and secure data interchange across US healthcare systems.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
- Extensive experience as a software developer for US healthcare projects.
- Proven experience in designing and executing EHR integrations is a must.
- Experience integrating with eClinicalWorks EMR will be strongly preferred.
- In-depth understanding of healthcare standards, including FHIR, HL7, ICD, etc.
- Experience in NodeJS, ReactJS, Chrome extensions development will be a major plus.
- Proficiency in Java, databases, and familiarity with related frameworks like Spring Boot.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills with good communication abilities
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, and other integration protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
- Readiness to work in US overlap hours
- Salary will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
This is primarily a full stack developer role but majorly focused on experience in US healthcare domain and EHR integrations.
