Role & responsibilities
The Officer in the Strategic Planning Team plays a vital role in supporting the execution, and evaluation of all functional initiatives in the organization. This position involves working closely with the Senior Manager and other team members to analyze functional data, conduct research, and assist in formulating actionable strategies. The Officer is responsible for timely delivery of all projects, coordinating and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders. Responsibilities also include preparing reports, drafting meeting minutes and holding all stakeholders accountable to agreed deliverables and to contribute to the organization's long-term success and growth.
Preferred candidate profile
- Any Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Ability to take ownership for tasks and see them to completion.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Comfortable in using software tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with stakeholders at different levels.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic and evolving strategic planning environment.
