Certified in SAP SuccessFactors RCM
3 Years of Experience in Implementation & Support of SAP SuccessFactors RCM and RMK with client facing roles.
Worked on the RCM Integration with EC & Onboarding
Should have worked on Job Requisition Templates, Job Requisition Field permissions, configured requisition headers and footers. Configured Candidate Profile Template.
Configuration of workflow for job requisition template/route map.
Setting up interviews is a functionality that can be configured against one or more in-progress statuses in the Talent Pipeline.
Should have configured Interviews and related features.
Knowledge of Recruitment Posting and Managing Recruitment Posting
Good Communication Skills
