Job Description
Patona works with top enterprises and digital native businesses in Australia helping them build their remote teams in Philippines, India and Sri Lanka. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers in delivering high-quality software solutions.
- Design and implement robust backend services using .NET, SQL Server, MongoDB, and GraphQL Middleware.
- Define Salesforce technical requirements, design, and review Salesforce solutions, recommending improvements where necessary.
- Demonstrate architectural knowledge across various Salesforce clouds and industry solutions, supporting business requirements with practical deployment knowledge.
- Drive architectural decisions and contribute to overall software design.
- Ensure software quality through meticulous code reviews and testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on backend technologies.
- Proficiency in SQL Server, MongoDB, GraphQL Middleware, AWS, .NET, and React.js.
- Strong skills in SQL design and solution architecture.
- Demonstrated experience in leading a development team and driving architectural decisions.
- Passion for delivering high-quality work and pride in craftsmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Good to have: Experience with Pulumi (Infrastructure as code tool).
- Good to have: Salesforce Solution Architect certification.
