Job Title QEHS - Engineer / Senior Engineer

Experience 8-14 Years

Location Various Project Sites across India (Karnataka)

Job Purpose - Leading the implementation of QHSE practices and requirements at construction site,; exiting sites. Key focus area is risk assessment, implementation of Envision QHSE guidelines ,customer QHSE requirements and Global standard requirements.

Reporting Site Construction Manager / QEHS Head

Qualification

Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Electronics / Mechanical. Having experience in handling infrastructure projects / wind projects / solar projects

Mandatory Trainings:

GWO Certified in Work at Height / Manual Handling / First Aid / Fire Awareness

Key Deliverables/ Outcomes

• Ensuring the implementation of Envision QHSE guidelines at various phase of Projects

Execution.

• Monitoring, updating, review and auditing of the Company QHSE Systems
• Assists the Operations Department in their dealings with Clients in all issues concerned with

Health, Safety and Environment at work.

• Conducts safety audits across sites.
• Takes part in accident / incident investigation and carry out analysis of accident / incident

statistics, identifying trends and suggesting improvement plans.

• Carries out safety audits on Sub-contractors.
• Performs Risk Assessment and suggests solutions for handling QHSE related issues based on own knowledge.
• Imparting training to internal and external stakeholders including sub-contractor personnel

on Envision QHSE practices.

• Taking care of Projects QHSE documentation and sharing same within time with all the

stakeholders (e.g. projects, customers, subcontractors etc)

• QHSE reporting as per Envision procedure and frequency.
