Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an International Voice Technical Support Representative. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 year of experience in international voice support, exceptional communication skills, and the flexibility to work in US shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service via inbound and outbound calls in an international voice support environment.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in US shifts (flexibility in working hours).
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
