Job Opportunity: SAP FICO Consultant

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP Finance solutions. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in core FICO submodules, exposure to SAP S/4HANA, and a good understanding of integration points with other SAP modules. This role will contribute to process improvements, configuration, issue resolution, and user support in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and enhance SAP FICO processes across business functions.
- Participate in SAP implementation and rollout projects, including data migration and system configuration.
- Conduct gap analysis and propose efficient SAP solutions.
- Familiarity with reporting tools like SAP Analytics Cloud and COPA reporting.
- Configure and maintain FICO modules such as FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA, CO-CCA, and CO-PCA.
- Assist with integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless module integration (e.g., MM, SD, HCM).
- Troubleshoot and resolve FICO-related issues.
- Provide end-user training and prepare functional documentation.
- Support SAP S/4HANA and Fiori-based financial applications.
- Experience/Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation or migration project
- Good knowledge of financial processes and accounting principles.
- Understanding of integration with modules like MM, SD, and HCM.
- Experience with data migration tools (e.g., LSMW).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
