Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the Efficiency and profitability of the assigned operation, whilst Maintaining a high standard of service in accordance with the budgets.
- Should be innovative and able to give new ideas for improving efficiency and profitability
- Should have good negotiation skills with vendors for efficient operations
- Arrange to conduct facility and EHS related trainings to the teams / vendors as per Site requirements
- Ability to lead and mentor the team
- Reporting to the client on daily and weekly basis on SLAs
- Work closely with finance to ensure vendors are paid as per Contractual terms and conditions
- Ability to lead, guide and motivate downline employees.
- Engage with quality vendors that for reliability and cost-efficiency of operations
- Monitor Daily Reports of Attendance, Consumables, Incidents & Client Meetings Tracker
- Handling employees queries and resolving them in a professional manner
- Comply to all Sodexo Operational and Safety procedures as notified from time to time
- Establish KPIs, targets, schedules, policies and procedure
- Communicate effectively with all employees
Preferred candidate profile
- Should be Bachelors in Hotel Management / any Graduate from a recognized University

Desired Experience 7-10 Years of relevant experience in Facility Management healthcare/hospital industry/sites with immediate joners.
