Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven email marketing campaigns aimed at driving customer engagement, retention, and conversion.
- Create compelling and highly targeted email content, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated drip campaigns, tailored to different audience segments.
- Utilize segmentation strategies based on audience demographics, behavior, and preferences to deliver personalized and relevant email experiences.
- Monitor and analyze email performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for optimization.
- Conduct A/B testing on various elements of email campaigns, leveraging data insights to drive optimization efforts.
- Manage email marketing tools and platforms, ensuring deliverability and compliance with regulations such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
- Monitor deliverability metrics to identify and address any issues affecting email deliverability.
- Implement strategies to warm up new domains and IPs to improve deliverability and inbox placement.
- Collaborate closely with design and content teams to create visually appealing and engaging email templates.
- Stay updated on the latest email marketing best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on the performance of email marketing initiatives, delivering actionable recommendations for optimization and future strategies.
Preferred candidate profile
- 5+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably focusing on affiliate marketing.
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in email marketing, with a focus on driving customer engagement, retention, and conversion.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting and leveraging data to optimize email campaigns.
- Excellent understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation strategies, and deliverability metrics.
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as GreenArrow and MailWizz preferred.
- Familiarity with regulations such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM, ensuring compliance in all email marketing activities.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop compelling and highly targeted email content.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with design and content teams.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in email marketing.
