Mep Engineer - Mumbai (All Areas) - Aspect @ Aspect Infrastructure

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for building projects, including HVAC, lighting, power distribution, fire protection, and plumbing systems.
2. Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather information necessary for MEP system design and coordination.
3. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other design professionals to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into building designs.
4. Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
5. Ensure MEP designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
6. Review and analyze project requirements, specifications, and construction documents to develop cost-effective and efficient MEP solutions.
7. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to plan and schedule MEP installations, ensuring timely and accurate completion of work.
8. Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance to ensure the quality and accuracy of MEP installations.
9. Perform energy modeling and analysis to optimize MEP systems for energy efficiency and sustainability.
10. Evaluate MEP system performance through testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
11. Provide technical support during construction, addressing issues and resolving conflicts to ensure MEP systems are installed correctly and according to design specifications.
12. Keep abreast of industry trends, advancements in MEP technology, and regulatory changes to continuously improve engineering practices and standards.
