Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Efficiently greet and direct customers
• Cultivate positive customer relationships, collect, and act on feedback
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams
• Manage VIP customer needs and prioritize tasks
• Handle multiple tasks in a busy setting
• Maintain floor ambiance and aesthetics
• Record information about walk-in customers to better understand their needs and preferences.
• Proactively follow up with customers to address any outstanding issues or inquiries Should be able to take any tasks as assigned
• Provide comprehensive information about our products and services
• Deliver outstanding support to customers and soliciting feedback to continuously improve our services.

Preferred candidate -

Candidate Should be willing to work 6 days a week on Rotational week off between Monday to Friday
