Work closely and seamlessly with multiple internal teams including Product, Technology, Implementations, Business and Senior Management
Support the scheduling and organization of project meetings, documenting minutes, and following up on action items.
Maintain up-to-date project documentation and reports, including timelines, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Assist in preparing materials for updates and presentations to stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and vendors.
Help identify potential project risks and issues, and work with the Senior Program Manager to develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor project progress and report any deviations or challenges promptly.
Support effective communication and collaboration between internal teams, clients, and the vendor.
Assist in managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring their requirements are addressed.
Work with the BR Wealth Project Management COE through the project lifecycle, ensuring process adherence and the use of established Broadridge templates and tools for client projects
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and experience
7+ years of progressive project management experience
Experienced in client implementations/conversions
Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
An energetic, positive, and innovative attitude, working as a true team player and facilitator to bring their project to a successful delivery
Prior experience of working with offshore and onshore team
