Job Description:
Handle GST Compliance Management
Handle departmental audits, enquiries, and similar interventions
Drafting of submissions, appeals, and appearances in Indirect Tax Litigation matters
Develop, implement and monitor tax control and compliance through robust system and process orientation
Working closely with the leadership on tax matters along with relevant internal/external stakeholders
Stay abreast on tax legislation, changes in tax regime, evaluate implications and decision making
Perform/coordinate on indirect tax due diligence for onshore and offshore projects
Managing and customising ERP to adhere to various tax requirements
Instituitionalise a strong MIS reporting on Indirect Taxes etc.
Working/Liaising with internal and statutory auditors in regards to the audit requirements
Experience Required - 5 to 10 years post qualification
Educational Qualification - Chartered Accountant or Company Secretary or CMA preferred with LLB
Softskills Required
Working knowledge of ERP and MS Office
Administrative skills required
Highly committed, team player
