Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Power Platform solutions integrated with enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable PowerApps and automation workflows.
- Design and optimize Power Platform environments for security, compliance, and performance.
- Develop custom solutions, including connectors, components, and automation logic, using Power Automate and Dataverse.
- Establish best practices for CI/CD, DevOps, and governance within the Power Platform ecosystem.
- Provide guidance to development teams and conduct technical reviews to ensure adherence to architecture principles.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and performance issues related to PowerApps and automation workflows.
- Stay updated on Power Platform innovations and advocate for the adoption of new features that drive business efficiency.
Primary Skills (Must have experience) :
- Expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Virtual Agents.
- Experience in designing and developing Copilot Studio bots with AI-driven automation.
- Hands-on experience integrating Copilot Studio with external APIs, Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Azure AI Services, and OpenAI APIs.
- Setting up, managing, and optimizing Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE), including:
- Defining governance, security, and compliance policies.
- Managing Power Platform environments, solutions, and best practices.
- Implementing automated monitoring and analytics for Power Platform adoption.
- Driving organization-wide Power Platform enablement and training. - Experience implementing Power Platform governance, security models, DLP policies, and environment management.
- Expertise in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) for Power Platform, including CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Outlook, Teams) and their integration with Power Platform.
Secondary skills (Good to have):
- Experience working on .Net , C#, ASP.Net MVC, REST API, Entity Framework, SQL Server, Git
- Experience in developing custom PowerApps components using PCF.
- Expertise in extending Copilot Studio with plugins and custom AI models.
- Knowledge of Azure services (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Service Bus, Logic Apps, Application Insights).
- Experience in automating CoE dashboards and reports using Power BI.
