Job Description
Role: WFM Data Analyst
Job Description:
The Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to provide insights that support business decisions. Create and maintain reports, dashboards, forecasts, and other data visualization tools to communicate findings to stakeholders from a workforce management standpoint. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide recommendations for proves improvements.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze data to develop insights and recommendations for business decisions.
- Designs, develops, maintain and implements dashboards and reports to facilitate data review and analysis.
- Creating forecasting model based on Python & AI and Machine Language techniques.
- Own long-term, medium- term, and short-term planning cycles - from forecasting,
- Provide enhancements to the existing locked forecast process. Optimize long-term planning, from workload input, process, and tools.
- Develop and implement data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of data.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase efficiency and effectiveness of reporting.
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through presentations and written reports.
- Stay current with industry trends: WFM is a constantly evolving area, so as the WFM Data Analyst, he/she need to stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices.
Qualifications & Work Experience:
- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, organizational, and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work with large datasets and analyze complex data.
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel/ Excel Macro/ Microsoft PowerPoint/ VB Macro scripting is required.
- Deep understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques and their application in enhancing data analysis/visualization and decision-making processes. e.g. SAS, SRSS, Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI
- Data and Trend Analysis (Forecasting) - Experience with predictive modelling techniques such as clustering, segmentation, linear & regression, random forecast, other forecasting methods etc.
- Fresher / Intern with knowledge of Gen AI will be prioritized.
