Job Title: HR Manager
Job Description:
At Kathputlee, we are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Manager. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in our organization by effectively meeting the changing needs of the market, in terms of recruitment and HR services. Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment:
Head Hunting
Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies including social media and job portals to attract top talent.
Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for various positions.
Handle end to end to understand their requirements and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
Conduct reference checks and negotiate offers to successfully on board selected candidates. 2. Freelancers and Vendors
Search and formulate partnerships with freelancer and vendors
Organic search creative freelancer as per requirements
Handle freelancer end to end
3. Misc. Office and Marketing Coordination
Admin work related to office and staff
Marketing coordination as per requirement.
Helps in marketing data manage and sourcing.
4. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs). Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the creative industry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Results-oriented mind-set with a focus on meeting recruitment.
