Job Description
JD DVPR - Design verification plan and report
- DEVELOP AND EXECUTE THE SYSTEM LEVEL DVP FOR NEW PROGRAMS
- Manage DVP&R documentation
Additional and key
- Must have experience in Powertrain testing
- Must have experience in coordinating activities between different functions like prototyping, CAE and Design.
- The scheduling of the activity must be clear and the reference person as well.
- Development and Validation phase of each Item must be known with relative
reference person responsible.
- Test requirements and validation criteria has to be defined and clarified with the
responsible of the test Item
- Results and test report and PASSED or FAILED rate must be collected studied and
properly archived.
- Duty Cycle and simulation activities
- Executing in vehicle performance and functional tests
- RLD measurement campaign
- Identification of the vehicle or sample under measurement
- Installation of the measurement equipment in the vehicle
- Plausibility & Consistency of the DAQ system
- Measurement campaign
- Data analysis, Reports
- Support vehicle test preparation
- Track vehicle and dyno durability testing
- Teardown at the end of vehicle durability test
