Job Description

Job Profile:

• 5+ years in medium to large contracting / development cell of corporate group,
• Must have sound knowledge of construction & procurement contracting practices,
• Thorough understanding of materials used in construction of warehousing/industries,
• Hands on knowledge of latest trends and practices,
• Should have a knowledge of ERP operations
• Excellent written & oral communication skills,
• Excellent in drafting of contracts, work orders and purchase orders.
• Should be good at preparing accurate & timely reports for management review,
• Should be a good team player,
• Computer savvy,
• Willing to work hard and contribute in the companys growth,
• Should be able to support in preparing budgets and managing budget,
• Shall support project managers in contract administration,
• Shall travel to project locations as & when required,
• Should be seeking a long career.
