Summary:As an Application Lead for SAP Customer Service (CS), you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications. You will act as the primary point of contact and work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in SAP CS to provide technical guidance and support to team members, as well as collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP Customer Service (CS) applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring successful project delivery.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Ensure the quality and integrity of the SAP CS application codebase, performing code reviews and implementing testing strategies.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP CS and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Expertise in SAP Customer Service (CS).

Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and SAP Materials Management (MM)

Strong understanding of SAP CS configuration and customization, including Service Contracts, In-House Repair and Field Service processes.

Experience with SAP CS integration with other modules and third-party systems.

Solid grasp of SAP CS testing methodologies and tools, including unit testing and integration testing.

Experience with SAP Solution Manager and SAP Activate methodology.Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful SAP SD solutions.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
