Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Hardware:
Understanding computer components, peripherals, and troubleshooting hardware issues.
Software:
Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, macOS), software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Networking:
Knowledge of network protocols, troubleshooting network connectivity issues, and understanding network devices.
Troubleshooting:
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently and accurately.
Security:
Understanding basic security concepts, installing and updating antivirus software, and educating users on security practices.
Active Directory:
Knowledge of Active Directory management, user accounts, and group policies.
System Administration:
Basic knowledge of system administration tasks, such as backups, patches, and updates.
Soft Skills:
Communication: Clear and concise communication, both written and verbal, to explain technical issues to users.
Problem-solving: Ability to identify problems, analyze them, and find effective solutions.
Customer Service: Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude when interacting with users.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively with others, including colleagues and users.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
