Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Perform quantity take-offs and verify measurements on-site
Prepare and update BOQs based on actual site conditions
Assist in contractor billing and work certification
Coordinate with site engineers and procurement for material tracking
Monitor material usage vs estimates to reduce wastage
Support in the preparation of reconciliation statements
Maintain all records related to measurements, cost, and materials
Assist project manager in cost control and reporting
