Job Description
Plan for carrying out Routine & Preventive Maintenance for the allotted machines.Carry out all breakdown Maintenance that is required to put the machine back in operation.
Plan for stocking of parts to avoid extended down time.
Coordinate and develop relationship with client / local vendors / Manufacturers.
Ensure warranty Issues are settled with manufacturers.
Preparation of all types of MIS Reports
Time to time site visits & must be willing to travel to sites.
Coordinating with Operators / Site manpower to ensure smooth working at site.
Coordinating with OPS for all and any breakdown and ensuring the machine is restored ASAP.
Coordinating with Purchase for materials to ensure 100% availability of macines at site.
Machine Availability & Cost Control.
Periodic Health check is a must.
Resolve all & any Crew related issues.
Planning & controlling Manpower at site to ensure safe working of machines.
Timely Visiting of sites to meet crew / client to develop better relationship / solve issues if any.
Coorinating with site supervisors.
Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
To lead a team of dedicated Service Engineers / Foreman / mechaniscs etc for day to day allotment of works.
