Roles and Responsibilities in detail:

Good Analytical skills.

Making sure the supporting documents are cross verified for accurate completion of proof files of current year issue.

Taking the updates from the team leader and executing the updates.

Handling the customer's escalation and quickly fulfilling the requirements.

Maintaining Extraordinary quality to meet the internal and external SLA expectations.

Meeting the highest performance matrix level.

Good English Communication skills (Written preferably)

Excel knowledge.

Skills:

Must have Good analytical skills.

Good Typing Skills.

Good communication skills.

Excel Knowledge.

Willing to work in Night Shift only.

Note: 2021, 2022 & 2023 Pass-outs, it is a very good opportunity to work for the ITES segment.

Salary: Monthly CTC: 14,000 - 17,000, Annual CTC: 1.5 L- 2.25 L
