Key Responsibilities:
1. Job Cards:
- Efficiently manage Job Cards, ensuring accurate creation based on estimates.
- Track Material, Labour, and other items against each item on the Job Card.
- Create work orders for "Outside service centres" from Job Cards.
- View and maintain service history, repair history, etc., of vehicles from Job Cards.
- All work carried out at workshops should have proper accounting through Salesforce & ensure relavent approvals are taken
- Efficiently handle from the time of job card creation to Job card closure
- Frequently visiting workshops for better relations and ensure smooth operations from ground level to management level
- Invoices validation & processing for payments to be done in stipulated time to ensure the payments are happening on-time as agreed
2. Theft and Damage:
- Verify with HR regarding deductions against defaulters on a weekly/monthly basis.
3. Compliance Audit:
- Coordinate with site teams to collect compliance reports in the prescribed format.
- Conduct site visits to cross-verify data accuracy.
4. Vehicle & Store Handling:
- Manage spare parts inventory and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Oversee the handling of vehicles, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Efficiently manage compliance-related tasks associated with vehicle maintenance.
