The Business Operations team brings together business solutions and latest technology to help empower our leaders with data-driven insights that enable better decision making. Primarily responsible for design, development and governance of the business data, the team measures, manages, and connects business KPIs across verticals to build a single view of impact areas within the organization. They augment our leaders with insights, strategic vision and actionable plans to function effectively. Equipped with data and technology, the team is keen on bringing novel business solutions to life.

What you will do
- Design executive dashboards on Power BI and Excel to present metrics and derive statical insights that enable management decision making
- Support BAU reporting activities to publish dashboards to stakeholders
- Automate process thru Python, Excel VBA or other automation tools
- Actively engage to identify, evaluate and recommend new metrics and automation tools
- Create mock screens and design for review using standard industry / company practices
- Gather and document requirements for the program in a structured manner
- Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from underlying true needs
- Execute quantitative analysis that translates data into actionable insights.
- Own and drive work stream(s) within a program assigned and drive them to closure within defined timelines
- Escalate issues/risks in a timely manner and support in driving resolution
- Manage program and publish status report and dashboards for program sponsor and stakeholders
- Work with various business stakeholders to drive program support & coordination
- Guide and coach junior team members on deliverables
Qualifications
- MBA or similar degree or comparable experience
- 8 10 years professional experience in reporting, analytics or automation field
- Advance excel experience in excel with ability to write complex formulas, build power queries, power pivots and create data models
- Expert in creating dashboards in Excel and Power BI, and develop tools from scratch
- Knowledge on SQL queries, ETL workflow and sharepoint design
- Good to have additional skills on Power Platform tools, Python and Excel VBA
- Good to have knowledge in new AI tools and emerging technologies
- Added advantage for candidates with Business Analysis skills to gather requirements and translate to user stories
- Good to have UX designer experience that focuses on creating intuitive, user-friendly wireframes and prototypes that enhance the overall user experience.
- Experience in business operations reporting and analysis
- Knowledge on SDLC, Agile practices and project management tools
