Role & responsibilities

• Ability to tailor menus and dishes to the specific tastes, preferences, and dietary requirements of the affluent family members.
• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes for events and gatherings, ensuring timely service and impeccable presentation.
• Source fresh, high-quality ingredients from reputable suppliers.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to hygiene and safety standards at all times.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless execution of events.

Preferred candidate profile

• A culinary arts degree or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience working as a Chef, preferably in a high-end residential or hospitality setting.
• Extensive knowledge of various cuisines, with a focus on Continental cuisine.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and deliver exceptional results.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
