Job Title: Telecalling Executive

Location : Airoli

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telecalling Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and persuading them to make a purchase or take a desired action. The Telecalling Executive will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and explain the features and benefits of our products/services.
2. Generate leads and follow up on warm leads provided by marketing or other sources.
3. Understand customer needs and requirements, and tailor product offerings to meet those needs.
4. Provide accurate information about products/services and answer any questions or concerns customers may have.
5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate key selling points.
6. Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
7. Build and maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
8. Document and update customer records in the CRM system.
9. Collaborate with the sales team to share customer feedback and insights.
10. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
