The Proposal Deputy Manager will be responsible for Plant and machinery maintenance. In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Assist & complete the FM global audit points. Assist & complete the plant electrical statutory requirement (Regulation 30 & 43). Improve the MTTR & MTBF of plant machineries. Maintain infrastructure and utilities. Power cost monitoring & implements power cost saving projects. Ensure 100 % availability of machineries critical spares. R & M cost monitoring. Ensure 100 % safety environment & implement the safety meeting points. Complete 100 % preventive maintenance of plant machineries as per the Ems system. Improve the technical skills & system knowledge to the maintenance team. Assist the improvement kaizen activities in plant machineries & test rigs. 5S improvement of factory . outside peripherals Who You Are: You serve as a maintenance In-charge to schedule, reactive and preventative maintenance on a property and its buildings, grounds and infrastructure. Also, you are responsible for preventive and predictive maintenance of plant machinery and utilities. You make significant progress and remains calm and composed, even when things are uncertain. You observe situational and group dynamics and selects best-fit approach. For This Role, You Will Need: Minimum 10- 15 years of proven experience in Plant and machinery maintenance Knowledge on various verticals like Powerhouse, RO Water Plant, Utility and plant maintenance. Expertise in Automation, PLC, and SCADA, etc., Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Bachelor's degree or any equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical and Automation Engineering or any related field Proficient in MS Office Suites such as MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Our Offer to You: By joining Emerson, you will be given the opportunity to make a difference through the work you do.
