Job Description
Manage several concurrent high visibility projects from diversified industries and business objectives using agile methodology.
Plan for appropriate people, process, tools and learning as needed to optimize the efficiency of the project team.
Create Job Requisitions, hiring requests, work closely with Hiring team to fulfill and close the open positions.
Maintain Day to Day control of the schedule and the delivery.
Prepare the project management deliverables including project plan, PMO reviews, change requests, purchase order and seek approval as and when necessary to drive towards completion.
Keep project deliverables, artifacts uploaded on time on repositories and participate
Customer Interaction
Work very closely with clients to manage and establish excellent customer relationship with frequent touch base on project milestones and value additions from deliveries.
Work closely with internal stakeholders and customer to ensure proper alignment to business objectives.
Ensure that customers and internal business stakeholders are kept informed about the status and development of the Engagement / Project in a transparent / proactive manner.
Adhere to SLA compliance and delivery of project status/SLA reports.
Ensure data integrity and quality reporting.
Proactive Risk Management.
Experience
- Understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices
Experience in overseeing project teams
Strong business/technical background
In depth technical background
Ability to provide leadership and collaborate with customers and develop strategies and solutions of high business value.
Understanding of and hands on experience in using appropriate tools: JIRA, Rally, MS Project, HP ALM etc.
Education: Preferable MBA/ MCA/ B.Tech in IT or Equivalent or Suitable Candidate
