Role & responsibilities
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with background in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle HCM to manage and support our Oracle practice. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end process from intake calls, screening & onboarding new practitioners, managing the resource pool, supporting headcount growth, and other operational processes like timesheet reviews and client invoicing.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day management of Oracle EBS & HCM resources deployed at the client.
Screen and evaluate new candidates for Oracle roles based on project requirements.
Collaborate with Sales on intake calls, to identify upcoming needs and drive incremental growth in Oracle resource headcount.
Support operational processes including client invoicing, timesheet tracking, and reporting.
Act as a liaison between sales and internal delivery teams, ensuring alignment and timely communication.
Monitor performance and utilization of Oracle team members, ensuring optimal delivery outcomes.
Qualifications:
Strong experience as a Technical Project Manager with hands-on knowledge of Oracle EBS and HCM.
Proven track record in resource management, recruitment support, and client coordination.
Familiarity with invoicing and timesheet systems/processes.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills.
