Job Description
Civil Project Manager
Location: Kolkata, West Bengal
Experience: 10 to 15 Yrs
Qualification: BTech Civil
Salary: CTC upto 12 L PA
Job Description:
- Sound knowledge in piling, and structuring work of residential & commercial building construction.
- Supervision of Finishing works in Building. Recommending appropriate finishing materials, such as paints, coatings, flooring, and fixtures, based on project requirements.
- Acting as key contact for the finishing vendors/suppliers and an escalation point for project issues and responsible for building.
- High-end floor finishes, Joinery works, Wall finishes, Facades, Structural glazing, wall cladding, Interior works, Stoneworks, Plastering, tiles laying, window work, waterproofing course, Putty & paint, False ceiling.
- Liaising with the subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyor and the general workforce involved in the project.
- Completely responsible for monitoring and execution of Project from Execution till final handover.
Skill Required:
Minimum experience of 15 years in the construction of buildings, specifically finishing / interior works of commercial / mixed-use buildings, start to handover of the Project.
