Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee all areas of delivery to the Stream
• Lead the development, implementation and rollout of project plans
• Manage stream budgets including forecast and actuals
• Timely escalation of risks and issues that may impede delivery and appropriate solutions to achieve optimal implementation outcomes.
• Gain the support of and maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders
• Facilitates decision making between the key stakeholders and escalation where consensus cannot be achieved
• Quality Control and Assurance for their deliverables
• Promotes collaborative decision making and acts as proxy for the Stream BU Lead
• Provides leading best practice around approach to Project Management

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA CA with 5 to 7 Years of Experience

Knowledge/Skills:

• Project Delivery preferable in Insurance managing projects with multi team streams / vendors.
• Program / Change Management - Proficiency Level Expert
• Agile Proficiency level Advanced
• Strong understanding of technology delivery methods and principles
