Job Description
JOB SUMMARYWe are looking for a new Project Manager to serve as the liaison between project ownership and delivery. The candidate will act as a point of contact between the client's site representative, Adrianse*, and ensure the successful delivery of project objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate with all teams, including architects, interior designers, MEP consultants, vendors, client PMC's, developers, and builders.
- Coordinate with client vendors and assist in site-level integration with execution.
- Execute the client's vision from design intent to completion, managing turnkey projects.
- Establish project schedules from conception to completion.
- Adhere to the overall approved project budget, including cost control and change management.
- Conduct weekly vendor (Arch/MEP, others) and subcontractor meetings and reporting.
- Report weekly/monthly to clients and internal management, including deliverables, accurate implementation, and modification if changes are required.
- Have a basic understanding of Lean Construction Management approach.
- Be responsible for supporting in coordination with vendors through project completion.
REQUIREMENTS
What We Expect
- A project management professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the building construction industry.
- A diploma or degree in project management/construction management or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs.
- Tech-savvy, with experience in successfully adopting digital and technology initiatives.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction and organizational goals.
- Work well under pressure and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
- BE/B.Arch/Civil Engg.
- A Degree in Professional Construction Management would be beneficial.
Skills:
- Computer skills - Proficient in Excel, hands-on experience in project planning tools (e.g., MSP, Suretrack, Primavera, Procore).
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Interpersonal skills and able to multitask.
- Excellent team player.
