Job Description
Role & responsibilities
A self-motivated individual eager to contribute to the growth of employees in the organization. This role involves assisting with content creation, LMS administration, and learner support. Join our team and grow your skills in instructional design and multimedia content creation.
Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the design, development, and delivery of e-learning content 2. Utilize Articulate Storyline, Articulate Replay, Articulate Rise, Vyond, Canva, and other tools to create engaging multimedia content 3. Support Moodle LMS administration tasks including course setup, user management, and troubleshooting 4. Respond to learner queries and provide timely resolution and support 5. Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop course materials 6. Ensure course content aligns with instructional design principles and learning objectives 7. Participate in quality assurance processes to review and improve course materials 8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in instructional design and e-learning technologies to increase learner engagement 9. Contribute to the continuous improvement and branding of courses 10. Assist in other L&D activities and interventions as required
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field with 1.2 to 2 years experience in relevant field 2. Strong written and oral communication skills 3. Basic understanding of storyboarding 4. Working experience in Articulate Storyline for course development 5. Experience with Moodle LMS administration is an added advantage 6. Familiarity with Vyond, Canva, and other multimedia content creation tools is preferred 7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment 8. Strong organizational and time management skills 9. Attention to detail and commitment to quality 10. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively 11. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
