Program Manager @ BCD Travel

• Build awareness and knowledge of any strategic changes within the client organization and recommend formulation of best-fit strategy.
• Develop and execute business plans through strong understanding of clients business strategy, goals, key priorities, and challenges
• Provide accurate client sales forecasting, through deep understanding of client business, as well as awareness of industry and economic factors.
• Proactively identify account risk and manage client retention planning, in alignment with regional and global strategy
• Capitalize on opportunities to improve account profitability and increase incremental revenue through pricing adjustments, technology introduction or other upselling opportunities
• Deliver quarterly business (or ad-hoc) reviews to clients, as well as provide recommendations that are aligned to client objectives / business plan
• Host client travel forums to address the goal of the client
• Work in close collaboration with all internal functions, including Operations, Technology and Finance teams, to ensure client expectations are achieved

About you

• Minimum of 7 years relevant experience, preferably within an account management or sales role
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels comfortably
• Accustomed with analyzing, interpreting, and presenting large data sets.
• Commercially aware, resilient, and tenacious personality who thrives as an individual contributor and within a close-knit team
• Exposure in travel, airline and hotel industry would be advantageous
