Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Supervising and monitoring branch transactions and Operations in order to enhance the value of existing portfolio.

Supervisory responsibility

• Supervise & monitor Personal Banker & Customer Care Executive
• Service Centre administration
• Lobby Management
• Ensure quality customer service is delivered
• Resolution of customer queries/complaints
• Customer service to ensure walk in customers issues
• Monitor Staff productivity and give guidance on improving the same in conjunction with the Service Centre Head
• Service Centre Operations and Audit Compliance

Transactional responsibility

• Authorize Personal Banker transactions
• Cost Management and staff productivity
• Responsible for Cash and Customer transactions at the Teller counters
• Supervising all Non-Cash transactions
• Penetration of Saving Accounts
• Reconciliation and maintenance of suspense accounts register as per the required format

Sales

• Service Centre Merchandising
• Generate business, cross sell and monitor cross sales of Personal Bankers & Customer Care Executive
• Generate leads for Cross Sale
• Ensure that all tellers are adequately trained on the Products of the bank.

Preferred candidate profile

Min 5 years of experience into branch banking operations.
