Exp: 17+ Yrs
Job Location: Remote (Initially its a remote location. Need to work from office based in Kolkatta whenever needed. We are looking for kolkata based candidates, only kolkata candidates will be considered)

Job description:
We are looking for an experienced Program Director to organize and coordinate programs. You will provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers in ways that promote the companys culture. You will also oversee the progress of operations.
They will also be able to develop efficient strategies and tactics.
The goal is to ensure that all programs deliver the desirable outcome to our organization.
Responsibilities
- Stake holder management and reporting
- Manage Large Global Lab Informatics implementation projects running simultaneously.
- Responsible for the delivery and overall success of the programs
- Define and monitor KPIs
- Define strategies to monitor performance and determine the need for improvements both for team as well as processes
- Take responsibility to drive the team to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Identify, manage and report Risks
- Apply change, risk and resource management
- Discuss with Business to understand their pain areas and resolve, communicate properly on what is required from Business for rollout and get things done by Business
- Guide team as required complying to the GxP processes
- Manage program and project teams for optimal return on investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
- Produce program reports for managers and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Program Manager or other managerial position
- Min 17+ Years of work experience in project and program management (IT)
- Good communication skills both written and verbal and fluency in English is mandatory
- We are looking for candidates who can join within 30 days or immediately
- Should have good hands on experience in change management, stakeholder management
- Need more seniority and ability to work at Executive level and portfolio level which would require strategic thinking it transforming way of work and proactively taking company to next level
- Only Kolkata based candidates will be considered
- Strong communication skills
- We are looking for candidates who can join immediately to 30 days
Must have skills:
- Have experience of managing large programs/projects simultaneously. ~10Mn+ Project; ~100-150+ Team size
- Program/Project Management certification if any
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Planning the programs/projects involving deadlines, milestones and processes and taking to completion
- Managing the Program/Project budget
- Experience managing multiple vendors along with the customer and own teams
- Knowledge of Lab Informatics and experience in Implementation of LIMS
- Experience in Labvantage LIMS is additional advantage
- Ability to understand customer needs with good communication skills
